And Olde Point has some wonderful amenities. Many properties in Olde Pointe are situated around the 18-hole Olde Point Golf Course, where tournaments are held throughout the year. If you aren’t an expert golfer, lessons are available from the course’s golf pros, or you can stop by the course’s restaurant, Christoper’s, and take in the view. Tennis courts are also available and residents in the community like to host their own leagues. Of course, both amenities are available for daily leisure play.
For resident boaters, there’s no need to have waterfront property. There is a boat ramp and storage area at Harbor Village Yacht Club off Harbour Village Drive, as well as boat slips for lease. The ramp is maintained by Harbor Village, and they charge residents an annual fee for maintenance. The storage area is also an annual payment – a lease option offered when space is available.
Olde Point does have an HOA that charges a monthly fee for maintaining public spaces and covering administrative fees, legal fees (when covenants are broken), and keeping the residents informed. Sure to please anyone, there’s a wide range of prices and home styles available in Olde Point.
