One of Wilmington’s most reputable builders, H&H Homes, has a brand new community in Ogden! Gable Run is a 45-lot community with two water features. It’s located just off Torchwood Boulevard, a short drive to Mayfaire Town Center, the new Publix, and the Porters Neck area. It’s also convenient to Wrightsville Beach and Ogden Park.

There are 5 floor plans available in Gable Run. Buyers can choose to purchase a move-in ready home or start a plan from scratch and customize the features. The plans range from 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3 baths, and 2,000-2,500 square-feet. Each plan is either 2 stories or 1 with a finished room over the garage (each home includes a garage). Floor plans may also include a flex room/study, formal dining room, family room, 2-story foyer, and optional 4th bedroom.

At the time of this post, Gable Run is zoned for Murrayville Elementary School, Holly Shelter Middle School, and Laney High School.
